OUR HISTORY

All the beautiful things always start somewhere in the Aegean Sea… so our history started on a fishing boat in the turquoise waters of the Cyclades. Our whole life was about fishing under the salty sun and selling our fresh fish to nearby businesses… until the day we decided to create our own restaurant. Half of the family would sail to bring fresh fish from the open sea and the other half would stay on the land of Paros to run the restaurant. After 10 years of experience in this field, we changed our location and now refreshed, “Dixty” (the “Net”)  is waiting to fascinate you with its flavors and its stories from the bottom of the sea…
