All the beautiful things always start somewhere in the Aegean Sea… so our history started on a fishing boat in the turquoise waters of the Cyclades. Our whole life was about fishing under the salty sun and selling our fresh fish to nearby businesses… until the day we decided to create our own restaurant.

ABOUT US

Half of the family would sail to bring fresh fish from the open sea and the other half would stay on the land of Paros to run the restaurant. After 10 years of experience in this field, we changed our location and now refreshed, “Dixty” (the “Net”)  is waiting to fascinate you with its flavors and its stories from the bottom of the sea…

OUR PHILOSOPHY

The support of our customers over the years is due to the quality of our dishes. Being gourmands ourselves, we always demand the best to bring pure, fresh and traditionally cooked food at your table.
 
In a place hidden in vegetation and a few meters from the beach, find the restaurant that will accompany your meals and will serve you even if you choose to sit by the sea to enjoy the beautiful and sandy beach of small Santa Maria.

SOME OF OUR DISHES

Our boat, which supplies us daily with fresh fish, combined with the vegetables we grow in our garden, is a guarantee for the perfect dish. Choose between our mother’s homemade recipes and the black risotto from the cuttlefish ink itself. The choice is yours but the quality always remains the same.
